Circularia is a professional B2B platform that connects companies with each other. We do not sell, store, or ship any goods ourselves.
As a result, there is no “return to Circularia”: any return, if applicable, happens directly between the company that sold the goods (the seller) and the company that acquired them (the buyer).
1. Direct Agreement Between Companies
Once a connection is accepted and both parties are in contact, the terms of the transaction are defined by their direct agreement, including:

Trial periods

Possible compliance guarantees
-
Return options
-
Responsibility for return shipping costs
To simplify transactions and minimize disputes, Circularia provides a free standard contract template which already includes a return clause.
2. Inspection Period
The buyer has 7 business days from the actual receipt of goods to perform a complete inspection.
3. Definition of Non-Conformity
Goods are considered non-compliant only if there is:

A difference in quantity

A difference in type or nature
-
A condition significantly different from the listing description or photos (e.g., heavily damaged)
4. Procedure in Case of Non-Conformity
If non-conformity is identified, the buyer must notify the seller by email with acknowledgment of receipt within 7 business days, including:

Detailed dated photos showing the discrepancies

Precise description of the problems
The two parties then have 5 business days to reach an agreement (refund, return, or exchange).
If a Return Is Agreed:

The seller covers return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Refunds must be processed within 5 business days after the returned goods are received

Goods travel at the seller’s risk
5. No General Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-2 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right applicable to consumers does not apply to B2B transactions on Circularia.
6. Alternative Conditions
The parties remain fully free to agree in writing on:

Different inspection periods (longer or shorter)
-
Different return conditions
-
No return at all
In such cases, the mutually agreed terms replace this standard clause entirely.
